| Date 17 Oct 2014 To The SHO CR PARK STATION NEW DELHI, Dear Sir, This is to report a cruelty and public nuisance case in M Block Market G.K.2 opposite dominoes. The man called Kishen who runs a Pan stall had lit afire on a heap of leaves to burn around 10 Puppies which were hiding under the leaves. The mother had delivered the pups there a few days ago. This gentleman knew of their existence and lit the fire with the intention of burning them. This was witnessed by Adv Akshat Gupta and Shivem who works at Amalci restaurant. The taxi driver had witnessed the same. In fact they managed to save some of the Puppies and have burried the dead ones in the park. A small Video of the burnt Puppies crying in pain is attached. Advocate Akshat Gupta had called 100 and fire brigade at 22.35 hrs on 16th Oct. DD No 27A. The pan shop owner has been told time and again not to burn the leaves as itteauses pollution and is there is a ban on burning by High Court. Requesting You to take appropriate action against the Pan wala under IPC 428/429 as well as PC ALL. Also as this was complained yesterday and the man was drunk and he was not picked up for medical tests nor were the bodies 8 the pups sent for post martem.
