Dear all
Maya, the beautiful, friendly small black female mongrel who was the oldest sterilized females left in that area has been killed by two SIS Security Guards on saturday at the JNU gate which is called the VC Gate.
She was under the care of Mr. Mukherjee, Subulaxmi and myself besides many others who loved her and admired her intelligence.
Two guards posted at the gate constantly pushed her out on the road and when questioned on their brutal behaviour would say that they are high caste Brahmins and would not like to stand next to this dog. They were posted out to another area as the sensitive Chief Security Officer thought that this was the best that he could do to discipline their behaviour and sensitize them.
Three days ago they returned. I was fearful about their behaviour but at the same time did not aspire to become over-suspicious after their assurance that they are changed persons now.
On Saturday when the university is closed these guards sent Maya out without informing us . Mr. Tokas’s driver was called by them after poisoning her and despite having my cell no. they did not inform anyone of us. When our suspicion grew we discovered the truth.
Maya died immediately but for the last two days these guards and their supervisor has been fooling us that she is undergoing treatment at a Hospital. When insisted for bringing her back wherever she was the security guard disappeared for the whole day and the next morning says that he himself had an accident on way in which he broke his leg.
Tomorrow some of us are going to lodge an FIR at Vasant Kunj Police Station and see these so defined Brahmin Guards arrested.
Whoever wants to join us please do at 10 am at the Vasant Kunj police station as this also seems to be a conspiracy of JNU that finds this unique way of eliminating the enormous number of dogs spread around the campus to conceal its failure to implement the ABC policy .
Maya was so much close to our hearts.I am guilty myself for having faith in human beings again !
pl. join us at the police station and the press conference at JNU the next day.
Please forward this to as many people as possible because the private securities have started taking too much law into their hands
