As we are all aware, an unprecedented situation is unfolding in India. For over 4 days, hearing on stray dogs has been continuing . What else is unprecendent is the unabashed bias of the judges. They are almost acting as defence counsels . They are speaking against dogs. Its Insanity. Not only that they are unwilling to hear against mob mentality against women.
