Update on the alleged Rape case of of a 2 month old puppy on main road leading to Saket Mall from Sheikh Sarai at around 2 am early morning today.
Just reached home.
The Saket Police has extended full cooperation to such an extent that the SHO Sir listened carefully to the incident and subsequent events and decided to involve the Crime Branch in this investigation.
A team from the Crime Branch, Delhi Police, visited the crime scene at the spot and initiated the investigation along with Saket Police Station.
The body of the allegedly raped small puppy is currently at Max Vet, awaiting post-mortem.
Meanwhile, the other puppy that the alleged culprit took away is still missing.
We are deeply shaken by the information provided by the treating veterinary doctor — that a condom had been retrieved from the puppies part.

Not to forget the brave reporter who saw the incident at 2 am in the night, rescued the puppy, took the puppy to the hospital and paid for the treatment from his pocked, despite not being from animal welfare and stood with us—or rather, we stood with him—until this late hour.
We pray for the dear departed puppy.
We also pray that the perpetrators of this heinous crime are caught by the investigating team and a very helpful Investigation Officer.
