raste ka kutta tha&#34;, &#34;belt nai tha usko&#34;, &#34;insaan hota toh me khud aata compliant likhvane &#34;, “street kutta hi toh tha usme kya karu mei” , “gadi chalate time kutta deku ki insaan deku” , “ese toh kitne kutte marte h” (she was sitting near the footpath and not on in middle of the road according to the eye witnesses ).We putforth a condition that he needs to pay the charges for the dogs treatment but he said he can just pay 1k and he left in middle of argument saying &#34;jo karna hai karo raste ka kutta hai kiska pet nai and mei tumhare tarah fukat nai betha hu mereko bhi kaam hai&#34;. We couldn&#39;t retrieve the CCTV footage but will soon get it. We have all the proof but Police are also not keen in taking any action against him. As we all know the condition of our law system that&#39;s too weak in case of animal and so this system gives them a leisure to kill a stray dog and openly say it was a stray because rules are not strict enough to get him behind the bars. I request all of them to please share this post to the maximum and make it viral and let&#39;s get Kalu justice. Our FIR is not getting filed due to XYZ reason.
