Update: Unfortunately the kiddo didnt survive. Was suffering from tick fever and the kidneys had given way. Rest in Peace my friend.
I got an info from my sister that someone travelling from Delhi to Bombay few days back say a very ill dog at Nizamuddin railway station. So I went to check it out today and found him. Picked him up and took him to friendicoes NGO. Thanks to Mandy for quick instructions to the staff for looking after him.
