Dear All
We all know that elections are round the corner. Its time that we animal lovers consolidate and vote for the government that ADOPTS our AGENDA in their manifesto. Without this we have no future for our animals. BJP/Congress/any other would just behave the same way once elected to power. Therefore our show of strength is indispensable now so that whoever comes to power, this animal activism gets attention!
Our agenda starts like this
1. CONSOLIDATION.
2. RESOLUTION (signature collection)
3. PRESS MEETINGS

For consolidation we bring all animal groups together as a BIG PRESSURE GROUP.
Please participate in this rally on 2nd March with your banners, posters and people.NO POLITICIAN IS INVITED…….
The approved path for the RALLY walk: ‘Starts at 9 am from India Gate and ends at RAJGHAT’. Please speak your heart out at Rajghat maybe the Mahatma may hear and bless us to protect the helpless.

Walk for Animal & Habitat
Launched 2009,August by Amita Singh, Blossom Hackett, Prema Swaminathan, Tulika Mehra, Varsha Sharma, Tushaar Bhardwaj , Vidya Sangwan and  Benu Kalra in DLF Phase 3, to protect and provide for all animals who were made to suffer the ruthless brutality of insensitive development and urbanization as agricultural land was being acquired by the developers and colonizers. The lopsided developmental planning in Gurgaon which calculated corporate profits and FDI investments without a vision for  inclusive governance, social co-existence, ecological ethics ignored the losses incurred by constructing against the carrying capacity of land, intra-generational and inter-generational equity and justice. The cost of this development was paid by the  voiceless animals who suffered destitution, starvation and extinction . The survivors were  labelled as ‘stray’. They are homeless not ‘stray’ and WAH aspires to regain their habitats for them.
