MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT PERTAINGING TO ANIMAL RIGHTS – internationally

These are probably the most important and powerful pages pertaining to animal rights in India.
 
The important thing about this document is that it is a part of an "International Declaration on animal Protection & Welfare" which was signed and issued by the Indian government in the GENEVA CONVENTION of 1975.
 
This is why it is called " Pashuyon ke adhikaar ka antar rashtriya ghoshana patr" (hindi)
 
I am only attaching the four pages i could get in Hindi which covers many of the rights that all animals should have as mutually agreed upon by the countires involved in the convention.
 
In the end they have also covered the GROUNDS and quotes from laws and traditions which formed the basis of this declaration.
 
Please read the document and use it appropriately as it may not have a direct authoritative direction, but has a legal significance to the extent if someone knows how and where to use it. This document has a lot of meaning when dealing with court cases pertaining to animal rights, bye laws or any other order which violates animal welfare and people who take care of animals on the roads or in general.
Or when dealing with mass killing of animals in the name of religion such as it happened in Nepal. But a lawyer would be able to explore the possibilities of this document better than anyone else. So please consult your contacts and let us know.
 
I couldn't get the time to translate this document into English, but will try to do the same in the times to come. Please preserve this document and use it. AND PLEASE READ IT BEFORE PRESERVING IT.
Also if someone has a copy of this entire book or has access to the same then kindly let us know. we would like to share it with everyone and use in the court case pending all over India. It has many more such laws and declarations which is a part of the international laws as per some lawyers. The book has 600 pages.
