The honourable judge of the Delhi High court understood that we feed stray dogs for more than reasons of compassion though compassion is definitely the main reason. No dog lover in this country honestly wants to see stray dogs and our target should be the iradication of stray dogs by humane methods of birth control and not something as stupid as culling them as time and again it has been seen that it does NOT work.
